My Service
I will retain copyright of the poem and as such I am free to use the poem wheresoever I wish. However, I will not sell the poem to any other party and will only reproduce the poem as an example of my work.
If you wish to read the poem or copy it to friends, you must acknowledge me as the author.
If you wish to use the poem for a paid event, you must ask my permission, as royalties will be due.
I will send you a final draft for your approval. Any amendments will be included in the cost of the commission. Please be sure to check the final draft carefully.
Please only provide information you wish to be included in the poem. I will endeavour to use as much of it as I feel suitable.
The information you give me about the subject of the poem will only be used for the purposes of the commission. Your contact details will not be passed to a third party and will be deleted a month after the date of the invoice unless you have signed up to receive a newsletter or other updates from me.
I consider my work to be carried out with the utmost tact and diplomacy.
I may contact you for clarification of information-this will incur no extra costs.
Email addresses will only be used in response to any feedback, enquiry or to send the final poem to you.
A deposit of 20% of the full value will be required prior to our one to one session. Should you decide my style is not for you, this deposit will be refunded.
The remaining balance will be required in full before work can commence on your commission.
